The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and shops, making it easy to access. It offers a beautiful sea view and some rooms have balconies. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with snow-white towels and a large, comfy bed. The customer service is friendly and professional, accommodating special requests. The breakfast is included and satisfactory, and there are nearby bars for those craving a full English breakfast.

This hotel is a great value for money with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, and the location right across from the Poniente beach is unbeatable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and it was a bonus to have a double bed in the room.
No major issues, all was satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with clean towels provided daily and a spotlessly clean room. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the lovely sea view from our spacious room with a massive balcony. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just opposite Poniente beach and close to the Old Town. It was a short walk to the Marina for boat trips and watersports, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to choose from.

We had a fantastic sea view from our room, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Benidorm.

Great location, opposite the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Clean rooms with English TV channels, rare find. Modern bathroom and comfy mattresses. Free safety deposit box and hairdryer in the room. Amazing sea view from the lovely balcony.
